Jim Harris is a budget expert and an Officer/Treasurer in his Church. He serves on 2 nonprofit boards and is a Vietnam-era veteran who served in Naval Intelligence.
His professional background includes almost 30 years in the financial industry. A former VP with one of the world's largest credit card companies specializing in Credit, Collections, Security, Fraud, and Counterfeit. Jim was the director of education with CCCS of Maryland and has given over 3000 workshops on financial litteracy.
